Kim was an absolutely blessing at a time when I needed direction!  Her coaching style is supportive, encouraging and easy to follow.  My goals were simple; I wanted to find balance between spending quality time with friends & family and focusing on a fulltime job which I happen to love.

By working the program we focused on determining my Spiritual Gifts, my personal values, and creating a time chart to determine where I was spending every minute of my day.  In doing so, my husband & I completed a personal mission statement that defines our commitment to serving God, parenting with love and setting an example for our children.  By focusing on the Spiritual Gifts, the strengths and talents that God has given me, I was able to identify the areas in my life that make sense to pursue.  I also learned that I have to be willing to “let go” of those time crunchers that zap me of energy and distract me from the people in my life that really matter.

Kim’s coaching style is smooth and comfortable.  She is able to quickly identify and share scripture that is relevant, encouraging and supportive in my current situation.  Kim is a strong woman of God.  His love and mercy are reflected in her ability to connect with people and share her sweet spirit of generosity, kindness and compassion.

Getting back to the basics seems easy, but for whatever reason we tend not to do it.  I appreciate Kim’s honesty and willingness to “meet me where I was at” in order to simplify and eliminate; to get back into the ease of living….with Christ as the core!

I believe that through coaching I found the ability to trust God again and believe that He could have something available for me, especially his love.  I know that having someone to talk to about the things I was going through and had experienced at that time was essential for my recovery.  I was scared, afraid, felt abandoned and betrayed, and no matter how much I would have to talk about it, Kim would listen and be there for me.

Having her to motivate me to achieve something and put one foot in front of the other is the reason that I’m still going today.  I know that I am growing closer to Jesus and that even though it didn’t happen while I was in coaching, it happened as a result of coaching.  Sometimes you just need a push in some direction so that you’re doing and focusing on something other than your problems and that’s what coaching did for me.
